Lara suggested we visit Ireland for March, what a great suggestion! I had completely forgotten we visited there last year for St. Patrick's Day and I'm sure everyone is excited to "go back" and make some new Irish dishes, or old favorites.
Invite some family and friends over and make an Irish feast, or create a small Irish dinner for one and post about it anytime during the month of March here in the comment section. Leave a link to your post and I will do a round-up for Ireland on April 1st.
