Have been away on summer break, sorry for the delay! I only see one July submission (thanks, Corina!) for England so it looks like most of you guys are on summer vacation as well :)
How about I do a double round-up at the start of September for our July destination England -- that way if you wanted to make a British dish and missed out you can still make on and post it throughout August -- and also our August destination ... Spain (thank you, Janet, for that suggestion!) ?
As usual, post a link in the comment section on this post to your blog post featuring a dish from England and / or Spain and I will put together a round-up September 1st.
I hope you all are having a wonderful summer! Can't wait to see your Spanish dishes and any British dishes you have had on your to-make list :)
Take care,
Andrea
p.s. if you have a suggestion for our September and/or October destinations please let me know in the comment section, thanks!

I made Toad in the Hole for July. Got the recipe from a friend in London. I served for breakfast but apparently they cook it for lunch and dinner there.

Just posting my link again for Toad in the Hole for July. A classic British dish of sausages in Yorkshire pudding.

For September, I was thinking Thailand and we haven't been there in a while. :) Korea also sounded good to me.
Oh, and if you like, feel free to post my really old Greek recipe: http://tastespace.wordpress.com/2011/07/20/greek-baked-beans-gigantes-plaki/
