Japan Round-up and November Destination

Welcome to our MKMW Japan Round-up! We have lots of delicious dishes to share...

First up we have two entries from our friend at The Taste Space...


a beautiful dish of Japanese Tomato Tofu Caprese Salad...




and a delicious looking bowl of Lemon Miso Tofu and Eggplant, what a tasty flavor combination.

Our second traveler this month is a new friend at The Sausage Link who made Oyako Don, pictured all packed up and ready to take for lunch :)

Next up is this beautiful dish of Hoisin Salmon Onigiri made by Unchained Kitchen.

Megha at Live to eat!!! made a healthy Japanese Tofu Salad, yum!

Over at Searching for Spice we have a perfectly rolled plate of Vegetarian Sushi, looks delicious!

Chaya has two Japanese dishes to share, first up some yummy Japanese Peanut Cookies at My Sweet and Savory...


followed by Japanese Salmon at Chaya's Comfy Cook Blog, it looks perfect!

Next up is traveler Kristin at Holy Cannoli Recipes who made a very tasty Chicken Yakisoba, yum!

Renee at Every Pot and Pan made a very delicate and delicious looking Miso Soup.

Margartet at Tea and Scones has wowed us once again with a beautiful Japanese dinner, featuring Curry Udon, Sobameshi, and Chicken Yakitori, everything looks amazing, as usual!

Peggy at Pantry Revisited made an authentic Japanese Fried Rice and Sausage dish, it looks great!

Over at Nummy Kitchen I made a Soba Noodle Salad and some vegetarian sushi that was enjoyed by all :)

ETA: I almost missed Christine over at Kits Chow with a beautiful plate of Yakiudon. Glad you are back, we missed you!

Thank you for traveling with My Kitchen My World to Japan, I loved seeing all of the dishes, what a great variety. Our November destination is Afghanistan, please post an Afghani recipe and leave a link to your post in the comments here. Looking forward to finding out what everyone comes up with!

Great job everyone! I loved seeing all the different dishes and cannot wait to try some of them! I do think Afghanistan will be a challenge!
