Welcome to the My Kitchen My World Switzerland round-up!

First off is Joanna at
In Search of Lost Time with a delicious
Rosti with ham, green onions, and cheese, which looks wonderful, just be careful what pan you use to cook it in :)

Welcome to Margaret at
Tea and Scones who made a beautiful
Engadiner Nusstorte filled with
caramelized walnuts. Wow, what an impressive dessert!

Stephanie at
Fun Foods On a Budget made
Birchermüesli, a very healthy cereal-like apple dish, looks wonderful for breakfast!

Finishing up our "trip" to Switzerland we have Judy at
Judy's Gross Eats who made an amazing sounding
Swiss Fondue with an international twist, using a Russian Stout and Dutch Gouda, along with Swiss
Gruyere, yum!
Thank you all so much for participating, what an inspiring round-up of Swiss dishes. I was planning on doing a
raclette dinner but didn't get to it just yet, sorry to have missed this week, hopefully I can post a make-up soon!
Our next country is Macedonia with a check-in date of June 27
th. Can't wait to see what everyone comes up with.
Just a quick note to let you know that Lauren has passed the
