Stephanie at Fun Foods On a Budget made Birchermüesli, a very healthy cereal-like apple dish, looks wonderful for breakfast!

Finishing up our "trip" to Switzerland we have Judy at Judy's Gross Eats who made an amazing sounding Swiss Fondue with an international twist, using a Russian Stout and Dutch Gouda, along with Swiss Gruyere, yum! Thank you all so much for participating, what an inspiring round-up of Swiss dishes. I was planning on doing a raclette dinner but didn't get to it just yet, sorry to have missed this week, hopefully I can post a make-up soon! Our next country is Macedonia with a check-in date of June 27th. Can't wait to see what everyone comes up with.
Just a quick note to let you know that Lauren has passed the MKMW moderator roll on to me, so if you ever have a question or suggestion, please feel free to let me know. I want to say thank you to Lauren for working on MKMW for so long, we will miss you and hope that you can travel with us again soon :) I really hope that MKMW continues to grow and continues cooking together for a long time, I am honored to be your new moderator.
