I really like the Greek Tzatziki and baklava.
My sister in law if from Greece and I fell in love with these when she made them the first time.

My favorite ethnic cuisine would be thai food. If I have to pick one dish, I'll go with the reliable pad thai: a mouthfull of flavors: lime, spicy, crunchy peanuts, tender chicken, tasty tofu. Just a delightful satisfying always pleasing meal!

My favorite ethic dish is borscht, but a close second would be curry dishes.

My husband and I both love Pak-Indian cuisine. Naan, Channa, Biryani, love them all! (and had it for dinner last night)

It's a toss up between pierogies, chicken paprikash and cabbage and noodles.

Curry--Thai or Indian!

I wish I loved curry, but I don't. My favorite ethnic dish would have to be kafta kabobs!

there are so many that I like....but my all time favorite is rice balls with pork curry(pandi curry) from Coorg, India. An authentic combo and a beautiful blend of spices which are local.
