Pakistan Round-up and June Destinations

Welcome to our round-up for My Kitchen My World -- Pakistan! We have some delicious dishes to share...

First up we have Christine at Kits Chow with a delicious looking dish -- Chicken 65 -- a spicy chicken nugget appetizer that is popular in Pakistan and India.

Next up is a new traveler from small pieces of inspiration and accomplishment, who made Seekh Kebab and Naan on the barbecue, yum!

Also cooking along with us is Judy at Judy's Gross Eats, who made a delicious Potato Curry with Peas and Carrots and another Pakistani dish that was so delicious that there wasn't even enough time to photograph it before it disappeared :)

We have another new traveler with us for Pakistan, Seemie of Erbe in cucina made yummy looking Coriander Pakoras made with chickpea flour and coriander seeds and a delicious yogurt dipping sauce.

Over at Nummy Kitchen I made a delicious Pakistani vegetable dish and flat breads.

Thank you to everyone who participated and welcome to our two new travelers, we are so glad you joined us :) What a great bunch of Pakistani dishes we have to share.

And now the moment you've all been waiting for, the randomly selected countries for June are...

Switzerland

and

Macedonia

I was thinking about our posting dates, and now that we've switched to two countries a month to make it a little easier for people to participate, I think it would be nice to open up posting to whenever you can during that two weeks before check-in date.

Check-in date for Switzerland will be Saturday, June 13th. Feel free to post your recipes anytime and check-in on the 13th here at My Kitchen My World, by leaving a link to your Switzerland post in the comments, like you usually do.

Check-in date for Macedonia will be Saturday, June 27th, and again, feel free to post whenever you can and just check-in on the 27th.

New members are always welcome, so if you want to join, just jump right in and post for Switzerland and comment on check-in day. I can't wait to see what delicious dishes everyone comes up with for Switzerland!

Happy travels,
Andrea

p.s. I am still trying to figure out how to work the blog-roll on the side, hopefully I can get it updated soon :)

Those all look so delicious!

I like the change - being able to post anytime in those two weeks should help. If I have to wait to post, it's more likely that I'll never get around to making it.

Switzerland, huh? Sounds fun!

Great idea to open up the dates, makes it easier... for me, anyway!

Wow! Love the round-up for Pakistan! I apologize for the delay. We were out of town last weekend and I didn't get the chance to post till today. Here is my link:

Thanks for changing the posting dates to be more flexible. It does make it easier. :-)

BTW, maybe I might be able to help with the blog roll, if that's okay. Send me an email with what you're trying to fix and let's go from there. Would be happy to help.
