Romanian Round-up and February Destination

Our December destination was Romania and making a delicious Romanian Apple Cake was Ana-Maria at Ala bala portocala

Ana-Maria also made a traditional Romanian dish of stuffed cabbage rolls called Sarmale, don't they look delicious?

Over at Nummy Kitchen I made Romanian Easter Bread that was enjoyed by everyone, especially the kids :)

I hope everyone is having a wonderful New Year! For February our randomly selected country is Vietnam!

Have a fun time trying some Vietnamese cuisine and don't forget to check-in with a link to your blog post!

Very interesting roundup for Romania. Have recovered from last year's jet lag, I'll be travelling with the group again. Having a great time trying out the Vietnamese dishes. Thanks for hosting.

Great Vietnamese dishes, thanks for participating!

If anyone else wants to jump in we have until the end of February for Vietnam! I haven't made a dish yet but have found a few that I'd like to try.
