Ireland Round-up and April Destination

Hello friends, and Happy April Fool's Day :) No foolin' around here, just our delicious March round-up of Irish recipes...

We'll start with Lara and her daughter Katie at The Lab, who had two Irish dishes to share...

First a delicious dinner of Beef in Guinness and Guinness Bread

and also Irish lace cookies for a nice sweet treat :)

~

Next up is long time MKMW traveler Joanna at In Search of Lost Time, back with Colcannon and Beer Battered Fish, looks delicious and so do the leftovers!

~

Cristine at Kits Chow, another long time MKMW traveler made famous Irish Chef Pearl McGillicuddy's All-in-One Buns, don't they look so tasty?

~

Over at Nummy Kitchen I baked up a batch of Irish Cream Scones complete with a touch of Bailey's :)

And now the moment you've all been waiting for -- the announcement of our randomly selected April destination...

Does this photo give it away?

Or maybe this flag?

Russia!

Please make a Russian dish (or two or more if you're up for it) and post a link to your blog post in the comment section here by April 30th. I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with! Also feel free to share any recipe link suggestions or talk of the Russian cuisine here in the comments section!

Happy travels,

Andrea
