I hope that it is in order to add a recipe from my blog that I added a while ago, but which we enjoy fairly regularly. Salt Fish Cakes are eaten widely across the Caribbean - this recipe was given by my Jamaican friend, Hyacinth.

I often accompany the Salt Fish Cakes with another dish eaten in the Caribbean, Rice & Peas:

and can put in a link as well if you like.
I will be interested to see what others add

Sure, thank you for sharing your Salt Fish Cakes recipe, it looks wonderful!
I linked up an older post with a Jamaican jerk Tempeh Wrap (oh so good!) but I hopep to post a new recipe this month as well. :)
May I suggest Finland for March?
Finland sounds wonderful, will add it :)
