Jamaica Round-up

Happy February 1st and welcome to the Jamaica Round-up! Kind of crazy that I am actually posting the round-up on time, isn't it? :) We have six delicious Jamaican dishes to share and here they are...


First up we have Hyacinth's Salt Fish Cakes from hopeeternal at Meanderings through my cookbook, thank you for sharing, they look delicious!

Here we have three Jamaican recipes from Janet at the taste space, first off are theseJamaican Jerk Tempeh Wraps that look like the perfect island lunch.

Next up is a colorful bowl of Jamaican Tofu Chowder with Collards, yum!

Followed by Rasta Pasta with an introduction to ital cuisine, sounds so fresh and delicious!

Corina at Searching for Spice tried something totally new and made a dish of Ackee Stir Fry, it looks great! I would love to try it.

Over at Nummy Kitchen I tried my hand at making some Sweet Jamaican Plantain Dumplings that turned out to be a completely delicious afternoon treat.
