I was thinking ahead to July and all the wonderful produce that should be available... how about Italy for July?

Janet, et al. -- Italy would be great! Can we fire that up for August or September? Maybe we could pick a region...Tuscany or Sicily or Rome or Capri or Lombardy or somewhere near the northern border...Italy but with a twist!
