Russia Round-up and May Destination

Time for our Russian Round-up, only two travelers this month. First off, Christine at Kits Chow, who made the traditional Russian dish of Beef Stroganoff -- it looks delicious, thanks for cooking along :)

Over at Nummy Kitchen I tried my hand making some Russian egg noodles called Lapsha, which turned out to be delicious even though I couldn't get them quite as thin as I think they should be.

The past year (or has it been two?) we've been having May be Mexico month in honor of Cinco de Mayo -- so let's do it again! Make a Mexican dish or dinner and post about it on your blog, then put a link to your post in the comment section of this post by the end of the month. I hope you can cook along with us, just think how fun a Mexican fiesta would be :)

I said that I would not make another commitment but Mexico.....I have to try to pull this off. It is a wonderful idea.

I love the recipes from India.
